Thin Seismic Reinforcement That Can Be Applied on Plaster

Sismagrid is a steel seismic mesh that can be installed directly onto the existing plaster without invasive construction work.

The system consists of a preformed square mesh, 2 mm thick, which is dry-applied to one side of the wall, either inside or outside the building.

Sismagrid allows seismic upgrading of masonry structures and acts as a protection system against the overturning of infill walls in reinforced concrete frame buildings, in compliance with the Italian Building Code (NTC 2018).
